Virtual Tenant Patrol

Federal 8 believes residents must take control of our own safety and quality of life in the places where we live. One of the central ways we’ve done this is by using technology to create the Virtual Tenant Patrol (VTP).

• VTP enables Resident Association Tenant Watch Patrols to view building lobbies, front doors, playgrounds, and other common areas remotely, out of harm’s way.
• VTP is completely controlled by residents.
